Non ci sono motivazioni politiche dietro quell’applauso esultante tracotante di disprezzo e odio verso i diritti umani, ma solo un pensiero stracolmo di pregiudizi, prevaricazione, ignoranza e cultura machista. Non avrebbero dovuto fare quella votazione al Senato ma al Colosseo.
Quella gioia arrogante e ignobile è l’orrendo segnale di quanto la cultura di questo Paese trasudi di omotransfobia, di quanta strada ancora ci sarà da fare affinché non sia la legge del più forte a prevalere, ma quella del rispetto verso il prossimo, dei diritti inviolabili di ogni essere umano.
Salvini e i suoi accoliti rimproveravano il fatto che non erano state ascoltate le preoccupazioni del Vaticano, delle famiglie, etc… che non erano state ascoltate le indicazioni di tutto quel mondo cattolico che vuole, a qualunque costo, trascinare tutta la Nazione nell’oscurantismo più becero e per sua natura violento, di un mondo cattolico che ormai sempre più spesso dimentica che la loro religione si basa su una legge universale che ognuno dovrebbe mettere in pratica in ogni momento della propria vita: “Ama il prossimo tuo come te stesso”.
E invece ieri hanno sancito, ancora una volta, che non sono i discriminati, i bullizzati, gli esclusi, tutti coloro che quella legge doveva proteggere, a essere tutelati ma i carnefici, coloro per i quali si è resa necessaria una proposta di legge, considerato che la nostra Costituzione non basta a sancire i diritti umani per tutti.
Nelle settimane e nei mesi precedenti la votazione tutti i partiti si sono espressi a favore di una legge che colmasse con urgenza questo vuoto normativo, tra chi sosteneva il Ddl Zan tout court e chi spingeva per una sua modifica, ma alla prova dei fatti, al riparo nel voto segreto, la maggioranza al Senato ha preferito ad una legge di civiltà, quand’anche perfettibile, nessuna legge.
Noi, come associazione antimafie Rita Atria, rimandiamo al dibattito politico, quello vero, le altre considerazioni su un iter parlamentare condotto talmente male, o in malafede, che l’epilogo era pressoché scontato, un epilogo che se per molti sarà occasione per raccattare voti, per altri sarà la discriminazione, sarà il pestaggio, sarà la porta chiusa sui posti di lavoro …
E continueremo a lottare affinché non siano le logiche di convenienza e sopravvivenza dei partiti a prevalere ma la tutela della vita e della dignità umana.
