L’agricoltura italiana parla cinese
Se n’è parlato nel febbraio 2016, qualche giornale, compreso il Corriere e il Sole 24 ore ha agitato lo spettro di un totale controllo cinese sull’agricoltura italiana, poi il silenzio.
Protagonista dell’operazione Ren Jianxin, uno dei potenti più ricchi al mondo, con un patrimonio liquido stimato sui 500 miliardi di euro. È il Presidente della più importante azienda chimico-farmaceutica del pianeta, la ChemChi, (China National Chemical Corporation), con sede centrale a Pechino. È membro permanente del comitato centrale del Partito Comunista Cinese, dato che lo stato possiede il 96% delle azioni di questo colosso. Nel febbraio del 2016 ha firmato un contratto d’acquisto, il più alto mai registrato in Cina di 43 miliardi di dollari pagati in contanti per l’acquisto della Syngenta, la più importante azienda europea produttrice di sementi e pesticidi. La società è svizzera e ha la sede legale a Ginevra.
Ren ha posto l’occhio sull’Italia, considerandola, per la debolezza del suo sistema economico, facile terra di conquista: ha già acquistato una buona quota di Poste italiane, il 100% della Pirelli e altre 345 aziende di varia natura. Il tutto in una complessiva svendita, che sta caratterizzando questa profonda crisi, dell’apparato produttivo italiano a tedeschi, francesi, spagnoli, Emirati Arabi, Qatar, Arabia Saudita.
L’ingresso della ditta chimica nel settore agroalimentare potrebbe comportare preoccupanti risvolti, nel senso che, dalla Cina e in base alle sue esigenze, potrebbe essere perentoriamente disposto che gli agricoltori italiani producano soia, girasole e derivati di altro genere, mentre l’immenso mercato cinese potrebbe indirizzarsi alla coltivazione delle specialità orticole nostrane, dai pomodori, alle zucchine, alle melenzane. Quali sono le difese, le garanzie, i paletti che gli agricoltori italiani possono opporre, anche per salvaguardare l’unicità dei prodotti legati all’Italian Food Stile, cioè al made in Italy? Al momento tutto è in sospeso, ma non ci sono grandi prospettive rispetto al mare di denaro cinese che sommerge tutto.
