10 dicembre 1948-10 dicembre 2022: a 74 anni dalla Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani, vogliamo recuperare, con l’aiuto di testimoni d’eccezione, quei principi, così attuali oggi, perché siano una base d’azione comune per una cultura di relazioni paritarie e rispettose di tutte e di tutti.

 

A partire dall’emblematica situazione di Assange, su cui si sono concentrate tutte le negazioni dei diritti umani possibili, parleremo con Ilaria Cucchi, senatrice per Sinistra-Verdi, di carceri e di proposte migliorative, con Roberto Cavalieri ,Garante dei detenuti, della situazione regionale, con Simona Maggiorelli direttrice di Left, di condizioni di marginalità in cui vivono i giornalisti e della crisi della libertà di stampa attraverso anche il libro edito da Left Free Assange, con Dale Zaccaria dell’importanza del giornalismo libero e di inchiesta, con Barbara Schiavulli delle condizioni di repressioni culminanti nei territori di guerra. Modera l’incontro di approfondimento Paolo Pergolizzi, direttore di Reggio Sera.

La serata sarà completata da uno spazio poetico-musicale a cura di Dale Zaccaria poetessa e performer e del Maestro Tiziano Bellelli alla chitarra. Le liriche dell’autrice Zaccaria affrontano i diritti umani e negati dal poema dedicato ad Assange e a Stefano Cucchi, da Marielle Franco alle Madres de Paza de Mayo, alla condizione delle donne nel mondo, donne migranti, afghane, iraniane sino all’attuale guerra.
