Adeguato e Completato il sistema automatizzato di gestione del Protocollo Informatico del Comune di Monreale che consente ai cittadini d’inviare le istanze alla posta elettronica certificata (Pec) istituzionale dell’ente, ricevendo in tempo reale la certificazione elettronica di avvenuta protocollazione.
Il nuovo sistema, oltre ad attribuire il numero progressivo di acquisizione al documento, consentirà di gestirne anche il percorso, offrendo una reportistica sui tempi di lavorazione e sull’attività di ogni singolo elemento delle varie unità organizzative dell’Amministrazione.
“Si tratta di un’ulteriore innovazione portata avanti con successo da questa amministrazione, che è riuscita a superare la resistenza all’evoluzione informatica che ha caratterizzato fino a oggi il funzionamento degli uffici, riportando il nostro Comune sulla strada di quel processo d’innovazione organizzativa e tecnica, necessaria per la crescita culturale della nostra comunità” riferisce con grande soddisfazione l’assessore agli Affari Generali Letizia Sardisco, che aggiunge: “Ringrazio il segretario generale Francesco Fragale e la responsabile del servizio Daniela Di Benedetto per l’incessante attività prestata ai fini della realizzazione di questo obiettivo”.
